How can we help?

Email info@m4uevents.com for help with Assign Events. Include the feature or screen involved, your device type, app version and a short description of what happened.

Do not send your password, authentication codes, or unnecessary staff, customer or payroll information. If you include a screenshot, remove private information first.

Use the email address associated with your account. Choose Forgot Password on the sign-in screen if you need to reset it.

If your organization manages your account, contact its administrator about invitations, roles, missing assignments or access to business records. Support can help investigate technical sign-in problems.

Check your device's notification settings and the app's Notification Settings for missing reminders. Camera permission is needed to scan equipment barcodes. You can change your profile photo in Settings → Edit Profile. Manage system permissions in your device settings.

Read our privacy policy for information about data handling. To request account deletion, data deletion, access or correction, follow the account and data request instructions or email info@m4uevents.com.

Use Settings → Report content or a user in the mobile app to report objectionable content, abusive behavior or misuse of organization photos and notes. You can also email info@m4uevents.com, including if your app version does not show that option. Include where the issue appears and a short description, without passwords, access tokens or unnecessary copies of private or harmful content.

We review reports and may follow up for details or coordinate appropriate action with an authorized organization administrator. Our terms explain reporting and enforcement. For an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Send a description of the issue to info@m4uevents.com with the subject "Assign Events security concern". Do not include passwords or access tokens, and do not access or download other users' information to demonstrate an issue.
