Terms of service

These terms describe your use of the Assign Events mobile app and website provided by Umer Ashraf, the operator of Assign Events ("we", "us"). Use the service only if you are authorized to access the relevant organization and can enter into these terms, or have the necessary authorization to do so.

Assign Events supports event, inventory, fleet and team operations. Available features depend on your organization's configuration and your role. A separate written service agreement with your organization governs any conflicting commercial terms.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use only your own authorized account. Notify info@m4uevents.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Your organization manages its users, permissions and business records and may change or end your access.

Subject to these terms, you may use the app for your organization's authorized business activities. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software or branding.

• Use the service lawfully and respect the privacy, confidentiality and intellectual-property rights of others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or misuse another organization's records.
• Only upload or share information you are authorized to provide. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in notes, photos and support messages.
• Do not upload, share or use the service to create abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative or illegal content. Child sexual abuse or exploitation, encouragement of violence, targeted intimidation and discriminatory abuse are prohibited.
• Do not misuse private organization photos, notes or other records to expose personal information, impersonate someone, bully or harm others. Do not copy or disclose those records outside their authorized business purpose without permission.
• Review assignments, equipment status and compensation records before relying on them. Your organization remains responsible for safety, employment, tax, payroll and payment obligations.

If you see objectionable content or abusive behavior, use Settings → Report content or a user in the mobile app. You can also email info@m4uevents.com, including if your app version does not show that option. Identify the screen, record or user involved and explain the concern. Share only the information needed to investigate; do not send passwords, access tokens or additional copies of harmful material.

We review reports and may request further information, coordinate with an authorized organization administrator, restrict or remove content, or suspend or end access when appropriate. We prioritize concerns involving safety, exploitation or unauthorized disclosure. The action taken depends on the reported conduct and applicable obligations; submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Use reporting tools in good faith. The service and support inbox are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

You and your organization retain rights in the records and content you provide. You authorize us to process and display them as necessary to operate, secure and support the service and carry out your authorized instructions.

Our privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. Organization administrators are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide staff, customer and other personal information and for giving any required notices.

We work to keep Assign Events available, but interruptions, errors or changes may occur. Do not rely on the app as your only source of critical records or emergency communications. Notifications depend on network connectivity, device settings and external delivery services.

Third-party websites, integrations and services have their own terms and privacy practices. App-store terms also apply to your download and use of the app where relevant.

Downloading the app does not itself establish a paid service arrangement. Any fees, subscription terms or additional service commitments must be set out in the applicable offer or agreement with your organization. These terms do not create a new charge.

You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be suspended or ended for security reasons, misuse, loss of organization authorization or termination of the relevant service arrangement, subject to applicable law and agreements.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account or organization records. See account and data requests to request deletion or a copy of your information. Some records may need to be retained for lawful purposes.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Assign Events is an operational tool; it does not replace professional legal, accounting, employment or safety advice, and does not make employment or compensation decisions for your organization.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will provide notice where required. If you disagree with an update, stop using the service and contact your organization about your records. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@m4uevents.com.
